In basic fee are included: All Workshops and concerts of „Gospelkirchentag“, Songbook, festival guide, festival documents and festival ID´s, special light rail ticket for the public local traffic in Karlsruhe during Gospelkirchentag. The festival documents will be sent to you via mail four weeks before Gospelkirchentag. If you register after 29th of August 2010 the festival documents will not be sent but will be available for you at the info point at “Marktplatz” in Karlsruhe on Friday evening or at “Europahalle” during Saturday.

Group registration

Groups up from 15 people obtain reduced registration fee; in groups up from 30 people the group leader will receive a free ticket. This does not apply for extended benefits. For the mentioned group registration reduced in price it is necessary to deposit all registrations at once. Further more you will have to remit the full amount of registration fee at once.
Members who register ex post will be accepted with reduced fee until the 1st of August 2010. 
Festival documents of all members will be sent to the group leader via mail 4 weeks before Gospelkirchentag.

Confirmation of participation

After receipt of the engaging registration confirmation of participation as well as application of payment will be sent to you. The number of participants is confined.

Special leave - Special leave can be applied from your employer. Gospelkirchentag will acknowledge your participation.

Children - Gospelkirchentag is characteristic not an event for children. Special program or attendance will not be offered. Children under the age of 14 can participate only in accompaniment of a legal guardian.

Youngsters - Provided that legal guardians will explicit sign the allowance of participation and duty of supervision is assigned to a full aged attendant, youngsters between 14 and 18 can participate. According blanks can be downloaded on www.gospelkirchentag.de/youth.

Reduced fee

In case that you access the reduced registration fee (pupils, students, trainees, Hartz IV recipients, severely handicapped persons) you have to bring the according attestation with you. Random checks will occur.

Gala Concert

Registration for Gospelkirchentag includes the Gala concert Saturday evening: The festival ID will be your ticket for that. Furthermore there is the possibility on www.gospelkirchentag.de to order Tickets for Not-registered-people to join the concert. Those cannot be taken back. 
Reduced prices here also are available for pupils, students, trainees and Hartz IV recipients.
Severely handicapped persons (at least 50%) maintain 20% reduction on tickets. There are exclusive places for Wheelchair users interior. The accompanying person gets free entrance. This seats can be booked on 02302-28222-44.
The Participant agrees to unconfined application of all sound and picture recordings of Gospelkirchentag.

Business Conditions

Registration for Gospelkirchentag ist engaging and is valid when Registration fee is remitted. In case of resignation the following dues will occur: Resignation after the 20th of July 2010: 50% of registration fee, after the 20th of August: 80 % and after the 6th of September 100% of the amount.

Final clause

The organizer reserves the right to change program flow.
